November Monthly Meeting

Mr. Borsack has worked in utility engineering for approximately 24 years and is a Texas Practice Lead at KCI Technologies.  He has been a task lead or project manager in Subsurface Utility Engineering and Utility Design since 2003 and in Utility Coordination since 2010. While most of his project experience is in Texas, he has also managed utility projects in Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, and Arkansas.  He is licensed in 9 states and has served in the Survey, Education, and Outreach committees of the UESI Texas Chapter to encourage more engineering and survey practice participation in the Chapter.  He is currently serving as the 2025 Secretary for the Texas Chapter.
